AI Can Write the Note. It Can't Have the Conversation

AI tools are entering clinical practice fast. But the conversation that matters most, the one that drives patient follow-through, reduces your cognitive load, and makes your sessions feel meaningful again–still depends entirely on your human skill.

This 6-month live cohort teaches you the Dive Into a Coach Approach® (DICA) framework: a structured, evidence-informed method for coaching conversations created by and for healthcare professionals. You will learn to ask better questions, build client ownership, and apply coaching skills in 10–15 minutes; in both your clinical and leadership roles.

Taught by a physiotherapist and and occupational therapists, this cohort is built for all allied healthcare professionals (PTs, OTs, speech-language pathologists, kinesiologists, nurses, and  private practice owners who are both clinician and leader.

“It’s not an add, it’s a reorg. In 15 minutes, you’ve got what took an hour before.” Jake Pruden, Kinesiologist, Coach Approach in

Healthcare Integration Certificate graduate
